MAXHUB Upload Log Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is provided by MAXHUB(US) INC(hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Service aims to analyze and fix software issues reported by customers, thereby quickly resolving software problems.
When you submit materials containing personal information to us through our Upload Log Service, we will strictly comply with relevant regulations on personal information protection to ensure your data security.

1. When you voluntarily upload log information to us, we may collect certain log information from your device for analysis, with your prior consent, including: User ID, IP address, port, device serial number (SN), email address, username, MAC address, access token, refresh token, company name, device name, and file path.
2. After collecting your relevant data, we may conduct analysis on the data and use the summarized analysis results for:
(1) analyzing and fixing software issues you report;
(2) optimizing feature design; and
(3) for other purposes directly related to product improvement.
3. We will strictly keep all data collected from your device confidential, such as adopting various security measures in the data processing process, and implementing safeguard measures such as storage and transmission security encryption, etc., so as to avoid unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information, and ensure the safety of data transmission.
4. The data collected from your device will be stored on a third-party cloud storage. We utilize cloud servers located in the United States to store your Personal Data. We will retain and store your data for the necessary period as required by the purpose of this Service and/or applicable laws and regulations. Once the troubleshooting is complete, or as required by applicable law, our privacy policy, or at your valid request, we will delete or anonymize all data collected from your device used for this Service.
5. This Service is disabled by default. You can use this Service at your own discretion by clicking "Settings - Upload Log". Choosing not to use this Service may affect our ability to locate and fix software issues you encounter.
6. We reserve the right to update or modify this Service from time to time. For significant changes to this Service, we will push the updated version to you through our website and obtain your consent again; nonetheless, we will post the notification on our website to notify you about the changes to this Service.
7. We will fully comply with the requirements of our Privacy Notice in the entire process of above-mentioned data collection and use. In the event of any inconsistency between this Service and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
